**User Instructions for Converting Maintenance Quote to a Maintenance Contract

This guide walks you through the steps to convert a maintenance quote into a maintenance contract in the system.

Step 1: Open the Maintenance Contract Quotes Page

  1. Start by navigating to the Maintenance Contract Quotes section.
  2. You can find this page by either selecting it from the menu or using the search bar and entering “Maintenance Contract Quotes”.

Step 2: Select a Maintenance Quote

  1. Once you see the list of maintenance quotes, find the specific quote that you want to convert into a contract.
  2. Click on the row for the maintenance quote to select it.

Step 3: Edit the Maintenance Quote

  1. With the quote selected, click the Edit button. This will open the details of the selected maintenance quote.

Step 4: Create a Maintenance Contract

  1. Once the maintenance quote details are visible, look for the option to Create Contract and click on it.

Step 5: Confirm the Action

  1. A confirmation box will appear asking if you’re sure you want to create a contract. Click Yes to proceed.
  2. You might see another confirmation box. If it appears, click Yes again to complete the action.

Step 6: Review the Maintenance Contract

  1. After confirming, the system will automatically open the newly created Maintenance Contract for you to review its details.
  2. Once you are done reviewing, close the contract page.

Step 7: Close the Maintenance Quote Page

  1. After closing the contract, you’ll return to the Maintenance Quote page. Be sure to close this page as well to complete the process.

You have successfully converted a maintenance quote to a maintenance contract!
